I don't even know where to start! I would love to find a high school in our area for him to attend that has a strong program. I am open to ideas for books, workbooks, etc. that can help him learn as well as maintain interest in this field. I would also appreciate a recommendation for a flight instructor in Boise, so we have that information. How old do you need to be to have a pilot's license for small aircraft? Thanks for your help! Many folks do not realize the long history of aviation in the area, back to the late 1920's, and its varied roles in the development of the area. Plus the scenery makes it a great place to fly.
